She is my second in charge in the kitchen (or diner)

My adorable niece, Sophie is turning 3 this Sunday. We have been celebrating her early milestones since she was born.

This year is a hard one for Paul and I. Sophie has moved to Taiwan since last September. We miss her every single day. Instead of a big themed party we had last two years, I made her a card about her own ice cream and cupcake shop. I think it would help my sister and brother-in-law to organise her 3rd birthday party in Taiwan (as it is now a hot sticky summer).

She has been such a joy to us. Hope we can create more and more happy memories with her from afar.
